Winter Sound Healing Series with Molly Lucido, beg/all levels
Sunday, January 22, 5:30 – 7:00pm, $20, Register by 1/20
Rest into your body and explore the beautiful healing potential of your own voice. Using the Hum and other organic sounds, we will welcome a willingness to be in relationship with our bodies, allowing our unique sound signatures to soften and re-shape our liquid form.* Our time together will also include gentle movement, sound meditations, various ritual pieces, journaling, and discussion. Please dress comfortably and bring water, your journal, and a writing utensil. Each of the workshops will stand on their own with unique approaches to Sound work. *Many of the lessons, linguistics, and ideas offered throughout these workshops are shaped by the humble teachings of my mentor in Sacred Sound, Vickie Dodd. Thank You, Vickie, for your warm and profound wisdom.
