Volario's Hosting Chef Salvatore Acampora from Italy

March 5, 6, 7 Volario's will be hosting a visiting chef from Italy. In addition to our regular menu, there will be several entree additions that our chefs and the visiting chef will work on together, for a real taste of Italy. Chef Salvatore Acampora is from the Amalfi Coast of Italy, he attended the Culinary School of Sorrento and is the Sous Chef at Hotel Luna Convento.
