Spinal series restore uses various poses that give the vertebrae space and support so that we can think clearly and feel better in all areas of the back.
Katonah restore is using resting positions and no bolsters (but blocks and blankets) to flush joint space and give maximum efficiency to our organs. This is not the type of restore yoga where you take a nap. This style of restore is called restore because it restores the organs and joint spaces. Poses are held for 10-20 minutes and each person is adjusted to fit their "grid" by using geometry.
