Restorative yoga is a passive, gentle practice that opens the body and mind through yoga postures and props, guided meditation, relaxation techniques, and breath exercises. Darcy creates a safe, comfortable space in which her students can fully and deeply relax. Students are then able to find an inner peace through natural relaxation that is unlike any other yoga experience. Dress comfortably, yoga clothes not required.
Darcy Miller recently studied with Judith Lasater in San Francisco to become a certified Relax and Renew® Trainer. She is currently pursuing certifications in Yoga Therapy and Trauma Release Exercises. As a Yoga Therapist, she intends to bridge her passion for sharing the healing powers of yoga and her devotion to helping others live full, healthy lives. Darcy lives and teaches in the Denver-metro area of Colorado.
