Rendezvous Run for Independence

The Rendezvous Run for Independence 5 mile run/walk is a 4th of July tradition in Winter Park.

The race starts at The Vintage Hotel @ Winter Park Ski Resort. Competitors will wind their way through the Winter Park Resort, down the Fraser River Trail, through green forests and open valleys, through the Town of Winter Park, finishing at Rendezvous for an after race celebration.

Every participant will get a T-shirt, post-race party, and a prize entry. The Rendezvous after party will include refreshments, awards and prize drawings!  Free shuttle bus service will run round trip from Rendezvous to the Vintage Hotel.  Participants running with strollers or dogs will be asked to start the race last, bringing up the rear. Participants running with dogs will be required to keep the dog on a leash.
