Rendezvous Mountain Bike Capital Weekend

7:45-8:45am Free Yoga at Winter Park Mountain Lodge (bring your own mat)

9am-12:30pm FREE Bike Skills Camp Hosted by the Pros at Women's Quest. Hosted by Women's Quest:  Click here for more information on Women's Quest week.  REGISTRATION REQUIRED. 
Space is limited - YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER for the skills camp! 
All participants must be at least 12 Years Old!
Participants must bring their own bikes in good working condition


Registration includes:
Free bike skill tips, free lunch, free t-shirt, free drink ticket during Hideaway Park free concert from 1-4pm with Rob Drabkin, and a free wristband to participate during "Tour de Bike" after parties from 4-7pm around town including 2 free drink tickets to redeem at participating restaurants.

All Skills Camp Participants Must:

• Be at least 12 years of age. Camp for both males and females
• Pre-Register - Click Here.
• Bring their own bike, that is in good working condition.  Don't have a bike rent one from a local bike shop! 

Skills Camp Topics May Include: 

• How to ride in Balance.  Strengthen  control and efficiently, balance and weight placement
• How to set-up your bike for optimal riding: tire pressure, tire type, stem length, bar height, seat height, brake level reach/adjustment, suspension set up to riders weight and riding style
• How to wheelie over small obstacles, up and down, efficient wheelies relying on technique, not upper body strength and how to use them over different obstacles
• Cornering with drills

2-4pm FREE Bike Clinics No Registration Required Open to All Ages! 
Clinics Will Include:

• Bike Maintenance
• Nutrition for improved performance
• Strong Balance, how to get strong and stay injury free
• Bike fit and how to buy a bike
• Pointers From Pros like Allison Powers
• How to stay healthy with Dr. John Douillard

​4-7pm "Tour de Bike" - VIEW MAP HERE
The fun continues with a bike tour of some of Winter Park & Fraser's best bars & restaurants offering drink specials & live entertainment for all "Tour de Bike" participants!  

Visit the Winter Park Visitor Center (across from Hideaway Park) to purchase a tour wristband, t-shirt & discounted drink tickets for just $10 then hit the town to cash in your drink tickets at local bars & restaurants including:

• 9:30am-1:00pm:  Ride the Epic Singletrack Race route with your tour group.
