Tension and stiffness in the Thoracic spine is a prevalent problem in neck, shoulder and low back pain and dysfunction. Come learn about  the anatomy of your mid spine and rib cage, and unlock its movement potential, allowing you to take away home exercises to care for YOU!!!
 
This 1.5 hour workshop will utilize foam rolls, balls and bands, and will include juicy manual interventions by Mara designed to allow you to melt away the tension.
