Event Description:
2nd Annual Pull It Together Winter Park – Fraser Valley. On Sunday, June 23 from 1pm - 3pm, the Towns of Winter Park and Fraser along with the Grand County Natural Resources staff and volunteers are teaming together to help get rid of the noxious weeds from various parks and open spaces around Mary's Pond by Cozen' Ranch Museum.
Volunteers will meet at 1pm at Mary's Pond by Cozen' Ranch Museum. Grand County Natural Resource Department will be available to educate volunteers on native versus noxious weeds. Vests, bags, maps of work areas and tools will be distributed. Volunteers should bring sunscreen, gloves and an extra shovel since tools will be limited.
