Moving into Autumn,
we need to take a step back
and give our hearts, minds, and bodies
what they are calling for- REST.
Self care is absolutely necessary at ANY point in the year
to live fully and move mindfully,
yet it's especially necessary during transitioning seasons.
We cannot obtain what we desire without proper self care.
Self care provides us with more patience, more intelligent,
non-reactive decisions,
and more to GIVE throughout our days.
It's foundational. It's smart. It's needed.
Within each 2 hour session, we will move through 1.5 hours of Anjali Restorative Yoga, using props GALORE and essential oils. Anjali is a spinal series that helps us loosen and break up the blockages we carry within and around the spinal cord. With the spinal cord being the central seam of communication between brain and body, you will leave feeling recalibrated and restored. It's quite simple.
30 minutes of SELF CARE discussion is also included, providing you with simple and attainable actions for your day that will create radical shifts and changes.
Please bring a pen and notebook and wear comfortable clothing (layers recommended, as our body temperature cools down while restoring).
