The mission of the James Beard Foundation is to celebrate, nurture & preserve America's diverse culinary heritage & future. Prominent & talented chefs are invited to join their efforts by hosting James Beard Foundation dinners to showcase their culinary abilities & honor that mission. Proceeds go to the foundation.
This year’s event features our talented Devil’s Thumb Ranch Team with a group of talented and highly regarded chefs from across Colorado:
Justin Brunson - Old Major
Brandon Foster – Project Angel Heart
Jeff Osaka – Osaka Ramen
Paul Reilly - Beast + Bottle
Alex Seidel – Fruition and the Mercantile Dining and Provision
Each chef will create an appetizer and an entrée, which will be paired with a wine from Joseph Phelps Winery of Napa Valley presented by Master Sommelier Damon Ornowski.
