Event Description:
Chili chefs compete in this Colorado State Chili Cook-Off Championships, with the winners getting a spot to go to the World Competition. A Grand County Champion will be named as well! There will be 3 categories: ? Red Chili ? Green (Verde) Chili ? Salsa The High Altitude District Championship will be held on Saturday from 12-4pm with the Colorado State Championship taking place on Sunday from 12-4pm.
