Join Kirk Klancke, the President of the Colorado River Headwaters Chapter of Trout Unlimited, for a look at Colorado water laws and their impacts on our local rivers, particularly our very own Fraser River. Local and State Water Issues will begin with an investigation of the challenges faced and present solutions being investigated and executed.
