Granby Ranch Mardi Gras
Event Description:
Come join us for a day of Mardi Gras Celebration, ski fun, music, great food and a bike race to end the day!
EVENT INFORMATION
Snowball Sprint:
Price: Free
Time: 8am – 9am
Description: Race Snowball to the top of East Mountain—skin, snowshoe, boot-pack, or run. Winners will be crowned Mardi Gras royalty. Participants must sign waiver—table with waivers at base.
Fat Bike Demo:
Proudfoot Cycles from Golden will be demoing fat bikes all day.
Outdoor Grill:
Price: TBD by F&B
Time: 11am – 4pm
Description: Andouille Sausage, Gumbo, burgers, pulled pork, drinks
Deep Pocket Thieves:
Price: Free
Time: 2pm – 5pm
Description: Granby Ranch partners with the Grand County Blues Society to bring this 5-piece blues band to the 2nd Floor Deck.
Cat Rides:
Price: $10 per person
Time: 4pm – 7pm
Description: 2 people per 15-minute time slot. Sign up at ticket office.
Granby Ranch Meltdown: On Snow Bike Race
Price: $24 once race only, pre-registration
$39 One race only, day-of registration
Time: 4pm – 8pm
Description: Any bike can be used in this on-snow downhill bike race series. No studded tires or zip ties. Helmet required. Get points based on your finishing place at each race, the winner of the series will be announced during the finals awards on April 2. Each race features a new course.
