This workshop is specifically designed to create opening, release tension and improve flexibility in major muscle groups, joints and connective tissue (fascia). Rachel will guide you through a mix of stretches held for several minutes each that foster a quiet, reflective state. During the session, we cultivate body awareness as we explore working with and using breath to achieve more mindful stretching.
