The psoas (so-as), is am important flexor with an exotic name and is sensitive to emotional states. It runs from the thigh bone through the length of the belly. It is the major flexor of the hip -- as the psoas lifts the thigh as you walk.
Create space, while holding and moving through various positions in order to find a release in the psoas. Some movements will be held longer in order to build muscle memory and cultivate stability and strength. Walk away with practices to help maintain healthy posture and overall well being throughout your body.
