Grand County Blues Society Presents 15th Annual Blues from the Top Music Festival June 24 & 25, 2017 #ElevateYourBlues
WINTER PARK, COLORADO, - The Fabulous Thunderbirds featuring Kim Wilson, Anders Osborne, Little Hurricane, C.J. Chenier and the Red Hot Louisana Band, Carolyn Wonderland, Jimmy Vivino & the Kate Moss 3, Austin Young Band, Dany Franchi Band and Analog Son will play at the 15th Annual Blues from the Top Music Festival Presented by the Grand County Blues Society, taking place at Hideaway Park Amphitheater in downtown Winter Park, Colorado, June 24 & 25, 2017.
Festival Details
Blues from the Top will be the first festival to premier on the NEW permanent stage in downtown Winter Park. After being named Colorado’s best blues music festival two years in a row by the Colorado Blues Society, Blues from the Top Music Festival doesn’t plan to slow down. This Weekend festival has earned the reputation of showcasing some of the best Regional and National talent and hopes to expand audience with its diverse musical scope in 2017.
During the day, festival-goers will enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Continental Divide, while dancing to a variety of music, enjoying array of tasty food vendors and shopping at the creative retailers at the venue. Plus goers will experience the ahh inspiring Future of The Blues side stage with some of the nation’s most talented young music artists. Festival hours approximately 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. both days.
Once the sun goes down, the music doesn’t stop. There are night shows at Smokin’ Moe’s Ribhouse & Saloon in Cooper Creek Square both Friday and Saturday Night with festival artist playing both nights starting at 9:00pm.

Tickets on sale Monday, April 10 at 9:00am
Ticket Options: General Admission or V.I.P
- V.I.P. tickets are available at a set price of $100/$185 two day (and will more-than-likely sell out)
- Get Ready! A limited amount of Early Bird priced G.A. tickets of $25 for one day/ $40 two day pass will be announced. Once early bird inventory tickets are gone, then, ticket price will increase.

About Grand County Blues Society
The Grand County Blues Society non-profit (501 c3) was created in 2002 to enhance the cultural existence of Grand County residents and to be a beacon for our friends and visitors that love escaping to the shadow of the Continental Divide. For more than a decade, the GCBS has produced 14 Blues Festivals, over 250 individual blues concerts, and has continued a Blues In The School effort throughout all of our county schools. Our other programs include our award winning Check Out The Music program, where instruments may be “check out” from a local library like a book.
And most importantly, our other program in its 13th year, Blue Star Connection has supplied over 57 Children’s Hospitals with valuable and plentiful collections of musical instruments for their music therapy departments. BSC has also gifted hundreds of individual children personal instruments. We continue to support the music therapy industry with an all-out effort and constant fundraising and to continue the mission.
