Using clay and mannequins we will build muscles, tendons and ligaments, developing anatomical imagery incorporated into the Pilates Method under the guidance of Pilates master trainer, Franklin Method® Educator and Balanced Body faculty for Anatomy in 3 Dimensions™ Ann Crammond.
In this workshop, you will build the the pelvic floor, respiratory diaphragm and
the abdominal spinal support muscles
learning:
• How your core is designed to function
• The job the core performs
• What muscle training increases your core’s
strengthand endurance
• Exercises coordinating the muscles of the core.
