Event Description:
Chili chefs compete in this Colorado State Chili Cook Off Championships, with the winners getting a spot to go to the World Competition in Palm Springs, California. A Grand County Champion will be named as well!
There will be 3 categories:
Red Chili
Green (Verde) Chili
Salsa
The High Altitude District Championship will be held on Saturday, August 24 with the Colorado State Championship taking place on Sunday, August 25.
